Omega-3 Fish Oil

When it comes to omegas from fish, the smaller fish are better than the larger, as they contain less mercury. Ours is made from sardines, the smallest after krill, which is being discontinued due to protective laws which keep them from being over-harvested. Sardines are very heart healthy and high in naturally occurring calcium, amongst other minerals and proteins.
