Dehydration, especially in combination with high blood pressure, can sneak up on you and result in syncope (fainting). Dehydration problems don't end with the lessening of summer temperatures either. The following symptoms are some of the unsubtle ways our body lets us know that we need to drink more water:

From Cranky and Exhausted to Calm and Peaceful
Dear Patients and Friends,
A fresh batch of Herba Pneu just arrived from production. Thank goodness, sorry it took a while, but just in time for it to protect our lungs from the fire season’s smoky air.

Gently Melting Off the Holiday “Protective” Layer

Finally, all the “good” holiday sweets are gone after surreptitiously eating them for that post-lunch drag or post-dinner sweetie… or just because it’s on the way to the laundry room. Unfortunately, the best bet is to just bag what’s left and out into the trash it goes.At the beginning, to help the “withdrawal”, make bigger salads, strewn with a couple of chopped dates and some marinated beets (both sweet), along with a piece of rye or sprouted grain toast.
